With Our Caregiver Trust Program we put up to 12 highly motivated prospects on your calendar every month

This program is best suited for our Caregiver Trust Attorney Network and those who are currently doing estate planning or Elder Law who want a protected territory and are interested in a innovative way to solve the Long Term Care dilemma that almost 10,000 Baby boomer turning age 80 each day are concerned about.

Education-Driven Lead Generation

We attract informed, high-intent prospects and then educate them through educational webinars and multi-media content—so conversations start with trust, not skepticism.

PROTECTED TERRITORIES

To protect lead quality and avoid market saturation, we partner with only a limited number of firms in each market.

Done-for-You Appointment System

Our system nurtures prospects and schedules qualified appointments directly onto your calendar, reducing follow-up burden on your team.

Our Story
After a decade of  helping Financial Advisors attract new clients, In 2024 we noticed something unexpected while running educational workshops and outreach campaigns: the strongest, most qualified appointments were for attorneys — not financial advisors.

The families engaging with our programs were dealing with serious issues like dementia-related planning, asset protection, and veteran benefits. They were informed, motivated, and ready for meaningful conversations with Elderlaw Attorneys.

At the time, there wasn’t a clear system to consistently connect these families with the right attorneys. So after 2 years of testing and refining the process we built a system to deliver high intent educated prospects directly to attorneys calendars.

Our program is best suited for Estate Planning, Elder Law, and VA-Accredited Attorneys who want a protected territory and a calendar full of the right kind of potential clients each month without wasting time and money.

Today, we partner with a select number of firms in each market to create stronger, more effective connections between attorneys and the families who need their guidance most.
